采用电化学法得到了具有电致变色性能的厚度为100~200nm的聚苯(PANI)薄膜,研究了聚合时间对PANI膜光电性能的影响。研究结果表明,在适当的聚合时间下,PANI膜呈现色域较宽、颜色饱和度较大的梯度颜色变化过程,其电荷转移电阻(Rct)和紫外吸收曲线及颜色间的响应时间(Responsetime)呈现规律性的变化,且在该聚合时间下,膜达到最大光学对比度(35%),有望在电致变色智能窗上取得良好的应用。
Polyaniline films with nano-sized thicknesses were synthesized by electrochemical polymerization. The influence of polymerization time on optical electric properties of PANI films was investigated. The results show that the PANI films display a wide range of color gamut and a color gradient under the proper polymerization time; the charge transfer resistances(Rot), UV-vis absorption curves and the response times between different colors all present regular changes; furthermore, the maximum optical contrast ratio(35 %) of PANI films was achieved under the same polymerization time, which is promising applied in the smart windows.
