采用自制的光固化材料制作了光导纤维作为传感段,两端分别与光纤耦联后埋入光固化材料中,构成光纤折射率传感器.以He-Ne激光输入光纤,输出端采用光电探测器接收光功率,固化过程中,传输光的衰减程度表征了光固化材料的固化情况.实验测得该光固化材料的临界曝光量为193.8s.mw/cm2.实验结果表明,采用该方法能够较精确测量光固化材料固化一定深度的曝光时间,简单易行,为实时监测光固化材料的固化程度提供一种新方法.
