文章在深入分析桂林市城区旅游资源影响因素的基础上,建立了桂林市城区多层次旅游资源评价集指标体系。在问卷调查的基础上,运用层次分析法确定评价指标的权重,结合模糊数学的方法构建了多层次模糊综合评价模型,并应用此模型对桂林市城区旅游资源进行了综合评价。评价结果显示,桂林市城区旅游资源质量总体上处于＂好＂的等级,各景点应根据其基础设施、区位条件、管理与服务水平进行分层次开发建设,以实现旅游业可持续发展。此外,层次分析法结合模糊综合评价法是简单直观、行之有效的评价旅游资源质量的方法,实现了定性和定量的结合。

The index system of multi-level evaluation sets of tourism resources in Guilin City is established based on deep analysis of the in？ uencing factor of tourism resources.AHP is applied to determine the weight of evaluation index from investigative questionnaires.Then fuzzy mathematics method is used to construct a model of multi-level fuzzy synthetic evaluation,and this model is applied to evaluate the tourism resources in Guilin City.The results show that the quality of tourism resources is in a ＂good＂ grade in Guilin City.Every scenic spot should be developed and constructed based on its infrastructure,location,management and service levels at different levels in order to achieve sustainable tourism development.The method of combining AHP and multi-level fuzzy synthetic evaluation can be used to evaluate the quality of tourism resources simply,intuitively and effectively.It can achieve a qualitative and quantitative combination.
