以辽东山区16年生日本落叶松(Larix kaempferi)人工林为研究对象,通过连续2a施肥后对其细根形态进行了测定,探讨了N、P对不同根序形态特征(根长、直径、比根长、表面积)的影响。研究表明:与对照相比,各施肥处理对细根平均长度、直径、比根长和表面积影响不同。施N肥可降低1~5级细根平均根长和表面积,增加细根直径和比根长;施P肥可降低1~5级细根平均根长,增加细根直径、比根长和表面积;施N+P肥可降低1~5级细根平均根长和比根长,增加细根直径和表面积,但是这些差异均未达到显著水平。
Effects of two-year fertilization on fine root morphology,such as length,diameter,specific root length and surface area,were studied in Japanese larch (Larix kaempferi) plantation. Results showed that fertilizer treatments have different effects on root length,diameter,specific root length,and surface area of fine roots of the first-order to fifth-order. N fertilization could reduce root length and surface area,but expand root diameter and specific root length. However,P fertilization could enlarge root length,while reduce root diameter,specific root length,and surface area. N+P fertilization could reduce root length and specific root length,but enlarge root diameter and surface area. However,all of the differences were not significant.
