目的对樟科植物老鹰茶叶醇提取物中正丁醇部分的化学成分进行研究。方法老鹰茶经70%乙醇提取,再经石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇依次萃取,正丁醇部分用大孔树脂、硅胶、SephadexLH-20以及制备高效液相色谱法等进行分离纯化,通过1H.NMR、13C-NMR、MS等方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从老鹰茶叶的正丁醇部分分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为原儿茶酸、山奈酚-3—O-β—D-(6-O-trans-p-香豆酰基)吡喃葡萄糖苷、山奈酚-3—O-β—D-(6-O-trans-p-香豆酰基)吡喃甘露糖苷、山奈酚-3—0—a-L-鼠李糖苷、反式香豆酸、邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯、水杨酸。结论这7种化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To analyse chemical constituents of n-butanol fraction of alcohol extract obtained from leaves of Litsea coreana. Methods The constituents were separated and purified by various methods, such as silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative HPLC, et al, and their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical property and spectral analysis. Results Seven compounds were isolated from n-butanol extract of Lietsea coreana L. and elucidated as Protoeatechuic acid, Kaempferol-3-O-β-D-(6-O-trans-p-coumaroyl) glucopyranoside, Kaempferol-3-O-β-D-( 6-O-trans-p-coumaroyl ) mannopyranoside, Kaempferol-3-a-L-rhamnose, trans-p-coumaric acid, n-Butyl phthalate, salicylic acid. Conclusion The seven compounds are obtained from the plant for the first time.
