采用单辊法制备了宽4.5mm厚25μm的Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si3.5B9非晶薄带,且对薄带进行了退火处理和金相分析,并研究了退火工艺对非晶薄带SI效应的影响.结果表明,非晶薄带经300℃退火后开始出现晶化现象;与淬态非晶薄带相比,退火可以增强非晶薄带的SI效应,经300℃×2h退火后薄带的SI效应最大,当测试频率为50MHz,测试压应力为3.6MPa时,淬态非晶薄带的SI效应为5.63%,而经300℃×2h退火后薄带的SI效应可达7.83%.
The Fe-based amorphous alloy ribbons with 25 μm thickness and 3.2 mm width were manufactured by singlemiler method, and the ribbons were annealed at different temperatures. The results of phases analysis and stress impedance test showed that the ribbons started to crystalize slowly when the annealing temperature got to 300 ℃;Additionally, the results showed that the SI effet of ribbons increased after annealing and the SI effect of ribbons was the biggest after 300 ℃ × 2 h annealing; At 50 MHz and 3.6 MPa, the SI effet of 300 ℃ × 2 h annealed ribbons reached to 7.83 %. but only 5.63 % for the as-quenched ribbons.
