药物分子设计技术为生物领域前沿技术的一项,本研究以Web of Science中1998~2007年收录的药物分子设计有关的1302篇论文为研究对象。研究了论文的国家分布情况,发现美国及欧洲国家的研究实力较强。研究了论文的发文时间分布,发现总体呈递增趋势,且近几年的发文量较大。从信息计量学角度,利用信息可视化方法针对1302篇论文进行了文献共引分析。将药物分子设计领域的参考文献划分为四个聚类,分别为分子及其对接、分子检测、药物发现、分子设计规则,并详细介绍了每一个分领域的发展历史及概况。
Drug molecule design technology is one of the biological technologies.The research object of this paper is the 1302 papers on the Web of Science from 1998 to 2007 about drug molecule design.The paper studies the distribution of the countries,that the advantages of the United States and Europe countries are more than the others.The paper studies the time distribution,and we find that there is an increasing trend in general and the number is large in the past few years.From the Angle of informetrics,using information visualization methods,we did the literature analysis for 1302 papers.The drug molecules design field references can be divided into four clustering,respectively,the molecular docking,molecular detection,drug discovery, molecular design rules,and we introduces the development of each points field survey and history briefly.
