Based on the Pareto/NBD model,we get the network information failure criterion and use it to predict the individual lifecycle.Then,we construct a Markov model of network comments and give a meth od of counting residual value.Using posts on Forum of Powerful Nation of People.com.cn as an example,we make an empirical analysis,discussing the application value of measurement model and the next step in the research.
