设计和研制了一套泵注反循环岩屑运移实验系统。该系统包括泥浆泵、泥浆池组、正反循环控制阀组、模拟井筒、模拟钻柱、模拟钻头、岩屑筒、循环管线和测试仪表等,可以灵活实现钻井液正、反循环的切换。以清水为钻井液,用六种不同粒径的石英砂进行泵注反循环岩屑运移实验,分别测得不同粒径岩屑上返需要的最低排量,为泵注反循环钻井提供了实验依据。该实验系统操作简单,运行可靠,为本科实验教学、大学生科技创新和科研提供了一个良好的实验平台。
Experiment system for cuttings transportation in reverse circulation of pump-injection,is designed and developed. This system includes mud pump,mud tanks,valve group controlling the circulation directions,simulate wellbore,simulate drill pipe strings,simulate bit,cuttings cylinder,circulation tubular and testing devices. Comparative experiments of normal and reverse circulation can be done using this system. Using water as drilling fluid,cuttings transportation experiments were carried out using six kinds of quartz sands with different particle sizes,the minimum pump ratio was tested respectively,and the experimental basis was provided for reverse circulation drilling of pump-injected. A good experiment platform is provided for the undergraduate students' experiment teaching,science and technology innovation and postgraduate students' science research.
