This paper establishes a cooperative game model of knowledge networks,analyzes organization members cooperative efficiency,proposes the condition which the members of knowledge networks organization can cooperate smoothly,and points out that relation ties between the members of knowledge networks organization,the trust mechanism and the punitive mechanism of knowledge networks organization are crucial factors that impact on cooperative efficiency of knowledge networks.
