植物特征元素及其组合能一定程度上反映特定区域对该地植被生长产生的影响.为了探讨元素及其组合能否作为原产地产品的元素指纹标记,分析了广东阳春双浮地区沙姜与土壤中14种元素的含量、形态特征、相关性及元素吸收系数.结果表明,微量元素在沙姜和土壤中均具有较好的传承性,沙姜对各种元素的吸收具有差异性,沙姜与土壤中的元素也具有一定的相关性;通过权重分析初步认定该区域沙姜特征元素为Mn、Zn、Mg、Sr、Fe、Cu、Ni.区域地球化学背景对原产地产品的影响值得深入探讨.
The characteristic elements association can indicate the effect of special geochemical environment on the local plant. Thus, fourteen trace elements of soil and plant samples from the place of origin were determined and the correlation of the Biological Absorption Coefficient was analyzed to ascertain the characteristic elements in the Kaempferia galartga in Yangehun region and tried to explore the characteristic elements as a fingerprinting marker of products of designations of origin. The main results show that:there is a significant correlation between content of trace elements in soil and in plants ; the absorptive capacity of K. galanga on some elements is differ- ent ; Mn, Zn, Mg, St, Fe, Cu, Ni are the characteristic elements of K. galanga by weight analysis. Regional geo- chemical background on the products of designations of origin should be further explored.
