Institutional logic in the institution theory research has been highly concerned. Neo - institution researchers focus on the social level and the field level to study the institutional logic, and in recent years, institution researchers have begun to explain how the institutional logic is applied specifically from the micro perspective. Based on current relevant literatures, this paper discusses practice evolution from institutional logic to multiple institutional logics, microscopic practice of multiple institutional logics, and influences of multiple institutional logics upon microscopic practice actors, etc. , and makes prospects for future research.
