研究了沸石取代量对磷酸镁水泥净浆凝结时间、流动度、强度、早期收缩和水化热的影响,并对水化产物和微观结构进行了分析。结果表明:沸石降低了磷酸镁水泥净浆的流动度和强度,缩短了其凝结时间,为满足施工的要求,应将其取代量控制在10%以内;沸石有效地减少了磷酸镁水泥净浆的早期收缩,降低了其放热速率和放热量;沸石影响了磷酸镁水泥净浆的水化过程以及水化产物MgKPO4·6H2O的结晶程度和数量;掺有沸石的磷酸镁水泥净浆的水化产物中存在石英。
The effect of the zeolite of different content on the setting time,fluidity, strength,early shrinkage,hydration heat was investigated,and the hydration products and mierostructure of magnesium phosphate cement paste were analyzed. The results show that the zeolite not only reduces the fluidity and strength of magnesium phosphate cement paste,but also shortens its setting time, in order to meet requirements of construction,its content should be controlled within 10%. Zeolite reduces the early shrinkage,the heat release rate and heat quantity of magnesium phosphate cement paste. Zeolite affects hydration process,crystallization degree and the amount of hydration products MgKPO4·6H2Oof magnesium phosphate cement paste;the hydration products of magnesium phosphate cement paste mixing with zeolite have quartz.
