以城市污水处理厂的初沉污泥为研究对象,采用折流板反应器(ABR)对其进行水解酸化处理,考察了利用初沉污泥开发碳源的可行性及其工艺特性。在温度为30℃、水力停留时间为24h、污泥停留时间为3d的条件下,经过30d的运行,系统具备了稳定的产酸效果。酸化液的SCOD和VFAs分别可达1182mg/L和602.8mg/L,VFAs的最大产率达到0.06mg/mgVSS,水解率最大为3.6%。可见,基于ABR反应器的初沉污泥水解酸化系统可成功实现VFAs的积累。酸化液的SCOD/VFAs值随着运行时间的增加呈下降趋势,最终趋于平稳。
The ABR was used to treat the primary sludge from a municipal WWTP, and the feasibility of producing carbon source by the primary sludge and the process characteristics were investigated. After 30 days operation, the reactor has stable acidogenic effect under the conditions of 30℃ , HRT = 24 h and SRT =3 d. SCOD and VFAs of the acidification liquid can reach 1 182 mg/L and 602.8 mg/L. The VFAs production rate and hydrolysis rate reach 0.06 mg/mgVSS and 3.6% respectively. It is concluded that the sludge hydrolysis acidification system based on ABR can successfully achieve the accumulation of VFAs. The SCOD/VFAs ratio is gradually reduced and stabilized along with the increase of operating time.
