通过胶体球混合溶液界面自组装结合液面转移的方法制备单层聚苯乙烯(PS)胶体球阵列,以此为模板,采用离子束溅射沉积金膜,形成Au@PS的球壳结构,PS与二氯甲烷在不同的反应时间下,形成开口大小不同的非对称结构金属纳米球壳,其表面等离共振透射峰的位置随着开口大小的增加产生微弱的红移现象,透射强度随着开口大小变大而不断增强,该结构在生物传感、非线性光学及表面增强拉曼散射方面有潜在的应用.
The monolayer of colloidal spheres were fabricated by gas-liquid-solid interface self-assemble and liquid interface transferring method. Then Au film was deposited on the PS arrays by electron beam evaporation, the Au@polystyrene (PS) structure were formed on the quartz substrate. When PS reacted with dichloromethane for different time, the asymmetric metal spherical shell structure with different opening was fabricated. The main peak position of transmission spectrum redshift and the main peak intensity enhance with the larger opening. These structures may have the potential application in biosensor, solar cell, nonlinear optic and surface enhance Raman scattering.
