Tissue microarrays(TMAs) is used in multiple simultaneous analysis of gene expression in the tissue samples of high-throughput technology.It was reviewed in this paper,the principles and characteristics of tissue microarrays development history and the production methods,summarized its application field,puts forward some problems at present.
