目的：优选姜黄素明胶微球的最佳处方工艺。方法：以明胶浓度、油水比例、乳化时间为考察因素,以载药量、包封率、微球粒径为评价指标,以明胶为载体,采用正交试验优选乳化交联法制备姜黄素明胶微球的处方工艺。结果：优选的处方工艺要求油水比为1：5,明胶浓度为25%,乳化时间为30min。结论：该处方工艺稳定、可行,重现性好,可为姜黄素明胶微球的后续研究提供理论依据。

英文摘要：

OBJECTIVE：To study the best preparation technology of Curcumin gelatin microspheres.METHODS：Emulsion chemical cross-linking method for the preparation of Curcumin gelatin microspheres was optimized by orthogonal experiment using gelatin concentration,oil/water ratio and emulsification time as factors with drug-loading amount,encapsulation coefficency and particle size as index using gelatin as carrier.RESULTS：The optimal formulation technology of Curcumin gelatin microspheres was as follows：the ratio of water to oil was 1：5,the concentrarion of gelatin was 25% and the emulsification time was 30 min.CONCLUSION：The formulation technology is stable,feasible and reproducible,and it provides theoretic basis for the further study of Curcumin gelatin microspheres.
