The thesis introduced the use of the pilot valve in the hydraulic system and the background of the study, analized the hydraulic oil flow characteristics of pilot valve by using CFX of the software applications Ansys Fluent, calculated the features of movement in the pilot valvethe core of the particulate pollutants in the hydraulic oil, such as the movement velocity and vector trajectory. It provides an important basis for the hydraulic system of pollution control and fault diagnosis technology.
