生料细度是水泥低能耗与高效制备的关键参数之一。针对水泥生料细度在线测量,基于光脉动法(Light Transmission Fluctuation,LTF)研制了生料细度在线监测系统,并将该系统安装于生料气力输运管道等直段内,在线获得了气力输运过程中生料细度参数。此外,利用激光粒度仪与颗粒图像处理仪对取样样品进行粒度分析,与在线监测系统测量结果进行对比,结果表明:激光粒度仪平均粒径测量结果为9.647μm,颗粒图像处理仪测量结果为9.92μm;在线测量系统采样过程时间段测量结果平均值8.61μm,与两种测量方法结果相对偏差均在15%以内。由此可知,在线测量系统测量结果可为水泥生料细度的优化控制提供参考。
Particle fineness of raw material is one of the key parameters to product cement with high-quality and low energy consumption. The on-line measurement system based on Light Transmission Fluctuation( LTF) method was developed for cement raw fineness,and the system was installed in the straight pipe of pneumatic transport of raw materials. The on-line monitoring of raw materials fineness was achieved. The mean particle size measurement of raw cement sample was carried by laser particle size analyzer and particle image processor. Compared with the on-line measurement system,the results indicate that the particle size measured by laser particle size analyzer is 9. 647 μm,the particle size measured by particle image processor is 9. 92 μm,and the average size obtained by In-line measurement system during sampling period is 8. 61 μm. Relative deviations of the two measurement methods are less than 15%. It shows that the results obtained by In-line measurement system have references for optimal control of cement raw material fineness.
