采用稀释分离平板法,从硒砂瓜连作地生长健康西瓜根际土壤中分离出7株细菌。通过对峙培养法初筛、发酵液验证筛选出3株硒砂西瓜枯萎病拮抗细菌,分别为BF202、BF206和BF207。形态特征观察和生理生化鉴定结果表明,3菌株均为芽孢菌属。3株拮抗菌的获得不仅为开发出安全、高效的生物农药提供菌种参考,而且为深入研究硒砂西瓜枯萎病高效拮抗菌的拮抗机制提供了试验基础。
In this experiment, seven strains from the rhizosphere,soil of healthy growing Xisha melon were isolated by gradient dilution method.Using dual culture screening, andS fermentation broth verification, three an- tagonistic bacteria strains of Xisha melon fusarium wilt were screened as BF202, BF206 and BF207, respective- ly. By observation of morphological characteristics, and physiological and biochemical identification,three strains were identified as Bacillus spp. Obtainment of three antagonistic bacteria laid the foundation not onl), for the development of cheap and efficient biological pesticides, but also for in-depth study of antagonistic mecha- nism of antagonistic bacteria against Xisha melon wilt.
