采用XRD-Rietveld全谱拟合法基于TOPAS软件对试验用水泥粉末及按一定比例配制好的水泥一氢氧化钙混合样品进行了物相定量分析,比较了Rietveld拟合分析结果与热分析测试结果及实际配制值的吻合度,并对硫酸钠溶液侵蚀后的水泥浆体中侵蚀产物进行了定量分析。研究结果表明:Rietveld拟合分析结果与混合样品的实际配制值显示出了很好的一致性,且Ri—etveld拟合分析结果的准确程度与常用于氢氧化钙含量测试的TG/DSC法相当;通过添加合适的内标物,XRD-Rietveld法可以有效的用于水泥基材料硫酸盐侵蚀产物的定量分析。
XRD-Rietveld method has been adopted for quantitative analysis of phases in cement powder and phases in mixed samples of cement and pure calcium hydroxide based on the TOPAS software ,the Rietveld analysis values were compared with thermal analysis val- ues and the actual preparation values.The results showed that,Rietveld analysis values showed good agreement with the actual preparation values of mixed samples, and the accuracy degree of Rietveld method was at least as well as that of TG/DSC method which was commonly used in quantitative analysis of calcium hydroxide.By adding appropriate internal standard substance, XRD-Rietveld method could be effectively use in quantitative analysis of sulfate attack products in cement-based materials.This work has practical significance on the study of sulfate attack of cement-based material.
