By site investigation of parking behavior and parking time in two underground garages of large scale commercial space in Shanghai, this paper analyzes the internal and external factors, which influence the parking behavior and efficiency in underground garage. It summarizes the parking law and proposes some methods for improving architectural design and raising parking efficiency.
