选用Loy Yang褐煤和大同烟煤,破碎、研磨、筛分、酸洗得到H-form煤粉,研究N2气氛和CO2气氛下所制煤焦的结构特征及其在21%O2/79%Ar、21%O2/79%N2、21%O2/79%CO2气氛下的燃烧特性.结果表明,同阶H-form煤粉在N2气氛和CO2气氛下制焦,CO2气氛下煤焦C/H、C/O降低,表面有气化反应痕迹,微晶结构相对趋于有序化.烟煤煤焦着火温度随载气定压比热增大而升高,褐煤煤焦则不明显.烟煤煤焦在21%O2/79%Ar下燃烧反应活性最好,在21%O2/79%CO2下最差,且差异明显;褐煤煤焦的趋势与烟煤煤焦的相同,但无明显差异.
Pyrolysis experiments were carried out to investigate the characteristics of coal chars produced from Loy Ylignite and Datong bituminous coal under N2 and CO2 atmosphere separately. Before the pyrolysis experiments, the two coals were crushed, ground, screened and washed in 1 mol/L H2SO4 to get pulverized coal both in 100- 150 p.m. At the same time, the combustion characteristics of coal chars were investigated under three kinds of atmosphere : 21%O2/79%Ar, 21%O/79%N2, and 21%O2/79%CO2 respectively. The results show that the CO2-chars have low value of C/H and C/O, with traces of gasification on their surfaces, and their micro crystalline structures tend to be more orderly. Ignition temperature of bituminous coal chars increases with the enhancement of carrier gas's specific heat, while that of lignite chars is not significant. Bituminous coal chars have highest reactivity under 21% O2/79%Ar and lowest reactivity under 21%O2/79%CO2. And their difference is obvious. Lignite chars exhibit the same trend as bituminous coal chars, but there is no significant difference.
