在内径为150111m、长度为3400mm、倾角为450的斜管实验装置上,以流化催化裂化催化剂为固体颗粒物料,采用动态压力传感器测量斜管内颗粒流下行过程中的压力变化,研究斜管中颗粒流的流态变化。结果表明:随着下行颗粒流量的增大。颗粒流的流态依次为I型分层蠕动流动、II型分层蠕动流动、过渡分层流动、分层流动和流化流动;斜管中下行颗粒流的流态可以用动态压力进行识别。
Using fluid catalytic cracking catalysts as the solid particle materials, the pressure in downstream process of the particles in the inclined tube was measured by dynamic pressure transducers in an inclined tube experiment installation with the inner diameter of 150 ram, length of 3 400 mm and obliquity of 45. The evolution of granular flow patterns in the inclined tube was studied. The results show that with the increase of mass flow rate of the downstream particles, flow patterns of the granular flow in the inclined tube are Type I stratified creeping flow, Type U stratified creeping flow, transition stratified flow, stratified flow and fluidized flow. The flow patterns of granular flow downstream in the inclined tube can be identified by the dynamic pressure.
