研究了异辛酸镧掺杂钡锌液体复合热稳定体系的性能;利用La^3+的电子性与异辛酸钡、异辛酸锌进行协同作用,提高了复合液体热稳定剂的初期及长期稳定性,改善了聚氯乙烯(PVC)的加工性能及耐候性;通过热烘法、刚果红法、热重分析(TG)及紫外光谱(UV)考查了稀土含量、复配助剂对镧/钡/锌三元体系热稳定性的影响。当复合体系含镧4.5%、钡4.5%、锌1%、亚磷酸-苯二异辛酯(PDOP)20%,180℃下静态热稳定时间可达45min,PVC的塑化时间、塑化温度、平衡扭矩分别办159s、177℃、18.4N·m。
The property of Ba/Zn liquid complex heat stabilizer doped with latium isooctoate was studied. By using the electronic property of La^3+ to synergise with barium isooctoate and zinc isooctoate, both the short term and long term stabilities of the complex stabilizer were improved, which was of benefit to the improvement of the pro- cessability and weather resistance of PVC. The effects of larium content and co-stabilizers on the thermal stability of La/Ba/Zn ternary systerm were studied by means of discoloration method, congo red method, TG and UV. When the complex systerm contained La 4.5%, Ba 4.5%, Zn 1%, PDOP 20%, stability time at 180℃ could be 45 min, and the fusion time , fusion temperature , and equilibrium torque of PVC were 159s, 177℃, 18.4 N·m, respectively.
