奶牛血液的荧光特性分析

为了快速无损检测奶牛是否患乳腺病,以奶牛的血液样品为研究对象,利用荧光强度采集仪对正常奶牛和患病(乳腺病)奶牛血液样品的荧光特性进行研究,得到激发光照射时间与激发荧光强度的关系,以及正常和患病奶牛血液样品经不同波长的激光激发后产生的荧光强度变化的三维等高线灰度图.结果表明:奶牛血液的荧光强度随着时间的增加会越来越强,最终达到饱和,照射时间6~8s较为合适.在不同波长的激发光条件下,正常奶牛和患病奶牛的血液样品都具有荧光特性,在相同波长的激发光条件下,患病奶牛血液样品的荧光强度较强,在理论上作出了解释,认为是由于患病后血液中的血细胞的浓度升高而导致的荧光强度的变化.

In order to detect whether cows suffer from breast disease quickly and nondestructively,the fluorescence intensity collection device was used to examine the fluorescence characteristics of healthy cow's blood and ill (mammitis) cow's blood.The relationship between lighting time and fluorescence excitation was given; then the differences of fluorescence intensity between healthy and ill cow's bloods were studied by irradiating with different kinds of lights.Three-dimensional contour grayscale of fluorescence intensity was made.The preliminary results showed that the fluorescence intensity of cow's blood was more and more stronger with time until the intensity saturated.The suitable lighting time was 6 ~8s.In different wavelength of laser excitation condition,both healthy ill diseased cow's bloods had fluorescence characteristics.And in the same wavelength of laser excitation condition,the fluorescence intensity of healthy cow's blood was weaker than that of diseased cow's blood.This study provided a new analysis technology for a blood test and disease diagnosis,and the explanation was given in theory that increased concentration of blood cells leaded to the fluorescence intensity changed.
