研究在含有Cu^2+和N-n-十二烷基-L-脯氨酸手性配体的乳状液膜体系中手性萃取分离氧氟沙星对映体的效果,以及外消旋体的初始浓度、表面活性剂与有机溶剂的体积配比、内外水相pH值、从外水相到内水相pH值梯度变化以及配位金属离子与体系温度对液膜手性分离性能的影响。研究结果表明,乳状液膜手性分离最适宜的条件是:操作温度为20℃,Cu^2+为配位金属离子,Span-80和煤油体积比为11:89,OFLX外消旋体初始浓度为1.0mmol/L,内水相pH值为5.8,外水相pH值为3.0。
The enantioselective extraction and separation of ofloxacin enantiomers in the emulsion liquid membrane system using copper( Ⅱ ) N-n-dodecyl-L-proline as chiral ligand was studied. The effects of racemate initial concentration, volume ratio of surfactant to organic solvent, pH value in internal or external phase, pH gradient from external to internal phase, ligand metallic ion and system temperature on the performances of chiral separation were discussed. Appropriate conditions of chiral separation are as follows: the operation temperature of 20℃, Cu^2+ as the lig- and metallic ion, the volume ratio of surfactant to kerosene of 11: 89, the initial ofloxacin concentration of 1.0 mmol/L, 5.8 of pH value in the internal phase and 3.0 in the external phase.
