In order to break through the lack of traditional real options theory in logistics real estate investment decision process,the fuzzy theory was introduced.Combining with the trapezoidal fuzzy number and the real option pricing B-S model,we built the fuzzy B-S option pricing model of logistics real estate investment decision,and taking A company's logistics real estate investment project as an example,and making system and comprehensive simulation using of the pricing model for the investment planning project of A company's logistics real estate.
