针对声表面波式小波变换阵列中各个尺度器件之间时间不同步的问题,提出补偿输入和输出叉指换能器之间距离,实现时间同步的延时补偿方案.该方案利用了声表面波在晶体基片表面的延时特性,通过在声表面波器件内部进行延时补偿,确保了各个尺度器件在触发信号作用下具有相同的响应时间,避免了由于时间不同步造成阵列器件的小波变换输出结果具有不正确时频特性的问题,推导并给出了对阵列器件进行延时时间补偿的参数计算公式.最后,以一个具体声表面波式小波变换阵列器件的延时补偿为例,说明了该延时补偿方案的有效性.
To solve the time non-synchronization among different scale devices in surface acoustic wave's (SAW's) wavelet transform array, a novel delay time scheme of compensating the distance between input interdigital transducer (IDT) and output IDT was proposed. The time synchronization in different scale devices was realized by delay time characteristic of surface acoustic wave (SAW) propagating on crystal substrate surface. Realization of time synchronization ensures that all scale devices have same response time for the trigger signal, and avoids incorrect time-frequency properties of the wavelet transform result outputted by the time non-synchronous array device. A simple expression for calculating compensation delay time parameter is presented. The experiments of implementing a time synchronous SAW's wavelet transform array device confirm that the delay time compensation scheme is effective.
