通过改变正火加热温度和回火温度,研究了新型铁素体耐热钢NF12的热处理工艺。结果表明,正火温度对NF12钢的室温力学性能影响较小;而回火温度对NF12钢的室温力学性能影响较大。随着回火温度的升高,NF12钢强度降低而韧性明显增加。对于新型耐热钢NF12,其回火温度不应低于780℃。
Heat treatment process of a new type heat-resistant steel NF12 was investigated by variation of normalizing and tempering temperature. The results show that the normalizing temperature has a little effect on mechanical properties of the steel at room temperature, while the tempering temperature has a greater effect on mechanical properties of the steel. The toughness obviously increases with increasing tempering temperature. As far as this new type heat-resistant steel NF12 is concerned, the tempering temperature can not be lower than 780 ℃.
