企业孵化器的网络化组织模式逐渐受到区域创业实践的推崇，并出现了不同分支的理论解释，但其内在的作用机理并未达成共识。首先界定了企业孵化网络的概念并对其网络特征进行剖析，分别从宏观视角的生态环境论、网络资源论、网络结构论以及微观视角的创业者特质论、孵化器定位论、战略适应论两方面六个维度对国外近几年的研究成果进行了梳理，并就现有研究存在的不足进行了评价，对未来需要突破的领域进行了展望。

Networking organization of business incubators gradually respected by regional enterprise practices, but different branches of theoretical explanations did not reach the consensus on mechanism of enhancing innovation. This paper defines the concept of incubation network and analysis of the characteristics. Respectively, from a mac- ro-perspective on the ecological environment, network resources, network structure and the micro-perspective on the characteristics of entrepreneurs, value location of incubators, the strategic adaptation of two terms six dimensions about foreign studies in recent years, and finally points out the direction for future research
