从土地利用强度、土地投入程度、土地产出效益、土地可持续利用出发构建城市用地集约利用评价指标体系,利用多因素综合评价模型对福建省9个地级市城市土地集约利用进行综合评价,并分析其时空演变特征.研究结果表明:2003-2010年福建省城市土地集约利用水平不断提高,但提高的幅度与经济社会发展水平增长的幅度不完全一致,并呈现出一定的滞后性;城市土地利用集约度呈现不同的变化轨迹,大致可分为持续上升型、波状上升型、偶变型、先升后变型4种类型;福建省城市土地集约利用水平总体上呈现由东部沿海城市向西部山区城市递减的分布特征,与城市经济发展水平呈高度正相关,且城市土地集约利用水平差异呈现缩小态势.
This paper establishes an evaluation index system of urban land intensive utilization based on the intensity of land use, the investment intensity, the output efficiency of land use and the sustainability of land utilization, and the model of multi-factor comprehensive evaluation is exploited to evaluate the urban land intensive utilization in 9 cities in Fujian Province and analyze the temporal and spatial differences. Some important conclusions are drawn as follows: The level of intensiveness in urban land utilization of Fujian Province continuously increased from year 2003 to 2010, but the increase was not completely consistent with the economic development, thus presenting a hysteresis nature. The intensiveness in urban land utilization varies in different ways, which can be divided roughly into four types: continuous rise, wave-like change, accidental change, and rise-fall. The level of intensiveness in urban land utilization of Fujian Province has decreased from the eastern coastal cities to the western mountain cities and is highly positive correlation with the level of eco- .) nomic development, thegap of which among cities has been narrowing gradually.
