HUANG Qinlng, is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China. He received B.S. degree in information security from Yunnan University in 2009. He is a professor of BUPT from 1992. He is also doctoral supervisor in school of computer science. His research interests are Information and Network Security, Cryptography, Chaos, and Fuzzy Systems.
