选取硅烷偶联剂KH560对胶接结构改性,对比被粘物表面预处理法和胶粘剂迁移法的处理效果,考察了冲击强度、拉伸剪切强度及吸水率的变化。结果表明偶联剂处理能明显改进粘接强度,当偶联剂用量为2%时增强效果最佳,其中迁移法改性效果优于表面预处理法。
A silane coupling agent KH560 was selected to modify the bonding structure. Two methods, the pretreatment and surface migration, was compared with the impact strength, tensile shear strength and water absorp- tion changes The pretreatment which process the surface of adherend while surface migration was focused on the adhesive. Two methods could effectively improve the performance of bonding structure. The results showed that the coupling agent treatment could significantly improve the adhesive strength, when coupling agent was 2%, and enhance the best, which was better than the migration law modified surface pretreatment method.
