研究了硫化钠对拜耳法铝酸钠种分母液蒸发排盐的影响。结果表明:铝酸钠溶液深度蒸发排盐渣中主要存在Na2CO3·H2O和NaAlO2·1.25H2O;当苛性碱质量浓度(NK)为300~310g/L时,碳酸钠能有效析出且不导致NaAlO2析出过高;随硫化钠添加量增加,Na2CO2、硫盐和NaAloz析出率提高,排盐率提高且均在60%以上,硫化钠质量浓度(N。)为4g/L时排盐效果最佳;将硫质量浓度(Ns)为4.5g/L的铝酸钠溶液蒸发至苛性碱质量浓度(NK)为310g/L时,排盐渣中存在Na2CO3·H2O、NaAlO2·1.25H2O、Na2S、Na2S2O3、Na2SO3及Na2CO3·Na2SO3,同时,约有7%和4%的S2-分别被氧化为S2+和S4+,而亚硫酸钠与碳酸钠更容易结晶形成复盐Na2CO3·Na2SO3而析出;碳酸钠和各价态硫化合物交互作用,影响蒸发排盐效果。
The effect of sodium sulfide on evaporation desalting from sodium aluminate seeded precipitation mother solution in bayer process was studied. The results show that after depth evaporation,Na2CO3 H20 and NaA102 1. 25H20 are mainly phases in the desalting. Sodium carbonate can precipitated effectively but NaA102 doesn't when NK is 300--310 g/L. NazCO3 ,sulfursalt and NaA102 precipitation rate increase with increasing of Naz S additive amount. The desalting effect is good when Ns is 4.5 g/L. There are NazCO3 H20,NaA102 1.25H20,Na2S,Na2S203 ,Na2SO3 and Na2CO3 Na2 SO3 in desalting slag when the sodium aluminate solution (Ns is 4.5 g/L) is evaporated to NK = 310 g/L. S2- of about 70% and 40% is oxidated to S2+ and S4+. The sodium sulfite crystallize to form double salts with sodium carbonate. The double salts is easy to precipitate. Desalting effect is influenced by the interaction of sodium carbonate and each valence state sulfur compounds.
