分析了造纸废料的成分特点,提出用造纸废料生产建筑模板的新型工艺方法,并完成模板的制备。通过有限元方法模拟了建筑模板的实际使用工况,分析得到造纸废料生产的建筑模板满足使用要求,验证了用造纸废料生产建筑模板工艺的可行性。进一步通过拉伸、弯曲、冲击试验测试模板的力学性能,得到相关力学性能参数,进一步证明了模板满足施工要求,且在实际施工中得到了验证。
The composition characteristics of papermaking scrap were analyzed, a new process of using papermaking scrap to produce building templates was put forward and the building templates were prepared. After the actual working conditions of templates through finite element method were simulated, the templates to meet the use requirements were obtained, which proved the feasibility of using papermaking scrap to produce building templates. The mechanical property parameters of the templates were obtained through tensile and flexure and impact tests, which further proved that the templates met the construction requirements and were verified in the actual construction.
