采用钛酸酯偶联剂改性纳米CaCO3,硅烷偶联剂改性纳米SiO2,并用其填充高密度聚乙烯(HDPE),并对二元、三元复合物进行了微观形貌表征和力学性能测试。结果表明,纳米CaCOs主要起到增韧的作用,纳米SiO2主要起到增强的作用,HDPE/纳米CaCO3/纳米SiO2混合质量比为100:25:7的三元复合物的拉伸强度比纯HDPE提高了17.6%,缺口冲击强度提高了34.5%。
The nano-CaCO3 was modified by titanate coupling agent, and nano-SiO2 was modified by silane coupling agent. HDPE was filled by nano-CaCO3 and nano-SiO2 respec-tively and both. The micro structure and mechanical performance of these composites were tested. The results show that nano-CaCO3 can be used to improve the impact strength of HDPE, while Nano-SiO2 plays an important role in enhancing the tensile strength of HDPE. The tensile strength of HDPE/nano-CaCO3/nano-SiO2 (100 : 25 : 7) packing system increases by 17.6%, and the impact strength increases by 34. 5% compared to pure HDPE.
