利用大体积进样在线富集技术有效地提高了毛细管电泳法测定酚的灵敏度,可同时测定2-氯苯酚、4-氯-3-甲基苯酚、2,4-二氯苯酚、2,4-二硝基苯酚、4-硝基苯酚、苯酚、五氯苯酚、2,4,6-三氯苯酚,采用大体积进样法使检测这8种酚的灵敏度较压力进样法与电动进样法分别提高了52~86倍和6~17倍,在所用实验条件下,测定这8种酚类的检测下限在0.004~o.02mg/L.
The sensitivity for phenols determination by capillary electrophoresis was enhanced by an online large volume sample preeoneentration technique. Simultaneous determination of phenol, 2ehlorophenol, 4chlo~ ro3methylphenol, 2, 4dichlorophenol, 2, 4dinitrophenol, 4nitrophenol, pentachlorophenol and 2, 4, 6tri chlorophenol with UV detection was reported. It was shown that the sensitivity for the eight phenols determina tion with large volume sample injection was enhanced by factors of 5286 and 617 in comparison with that in hydrostatical and electrokinetic sample injection approaches, respectively. Under the experimental conditions used, the detection limit for the eight phenols is in the range of 0.0040.02 mg/L.
