[目的/意义]为全面、系统地了解我国科研机构的创新及其产业化状况,从而针对性地制定科研机构技术创新和转移的相关政策,以强化我国科研机构在经济科技发展中的作用。[方法/过程]以中国专利许可数据为素材,使用社会网络分析等方法探讨我国科研机构专利许可的空间分布及流动网络特征。[结果/结论]实证结果表明:我国科研机构专利实施许可的空间分布整体呈现东强西弱,且各省的专利许可行为存在严重的不均衡现象,随着时间的变化,这种不平衡在减弱;我国科研机构专利许可的流动网络存在密度快速生长、结构稳定、连接关系脆弱的特征。
[ Purpose/Significance ] In order to completely and systematically understand research institution's innovation and industrializa- tion, and facilitate policy decision-making of technology innovation and technology transfer to strengthen research institution's role in the development of economy and technology. [ Method/Process ] This paper utilizes Chinese patent license data and social network analysis to explore the patent licensing spatial distribution and flow networks of Chinese research institutions. [ Result/Conclusion] The empirical re- suits show that the spatial distribution in the east of China is stronger than that in the west of China, and large imbalance in patent licensing activities exists among different provinces, but the imbalance tends to get weaker over time. In addition, the flow networks of Chinese re- search institutions have the chamcteristics of rapid growth of density, stable structure and fragile connection.
