为了合理评价自行研发的HH-X温拌剂的降温效果及温拌改性沥青混合料的最佳拌和温度,采用传统的旋转压实仪(SGC)法和研发的沥青混合料和易性试验仪法,对不同温度下的温拌和热拌改性沥青混合料试件的体积指标(毛体积密度和空隙率)进行对比分析;并对温拌和热拌混合料在5种不同温度和不同频率下测定试验仪的扭矩大小。研究结果表明:沥青混合料和易性试验仪的最佳拌和频率为30Hz,此时的和易性最好;且2种试验方法得出基本一致的规律,即HH-X温拌剂的加入可有效降低混合料拌和温度,降低幅度达40℃左右,由此确定出温拌SBS改性沥青混合料最佳拌和温度为130℃。
In order to rationally evaluate the cooling effect of self-researched HH-X warm-mixed agent and determine the optimum mixing temperature of warm mix asphalt, the traditional rotary compactor ( SGC ) method and self-developed workability test instrument were used to compare and analyze volume indexes (bulk density and voids) of warm mix and hot mix modified asphalt mixture specimen in different temperatures. Then the torque sizes, under different temperatures and frequencies, of warm mix aphalt and hot mix asphalt were determined. The results show that the optimum mixing frequency of the workability test instrument for asphalt mixture is 30 Hz, under which the workability is the best. The basic laws from two methods are consistent, namely the addition of HH-X warm-mixed agent can effectively reduce the mixing temperature and the re-ducing amplitude can be up to 40 ℃, and the optimum mixing tempera of SBS warm mix asphalt is 130 ℃. 1 tab, 9 figs, 10 refs.
