氮氧化物(NOx)是公认的主要大气污染物之一,选择性催化还原(SCR)烟气脱硝技术因其较高的脱硝率成为燃煤电站锅炉控制NOx排放的主要选择。本文结合SCR催化脱硝机理,综述了国内外负载CuO催化剂的催化脱硝性能和研究现状。提出今后在CuO催化反应机理、蜂窝载体表面改性、助剂对SCR反应的影响以及SCR脱硝系统的经济性应做进一步研究。
Nitric Oxides are recognized as one of the main air pollutants.Because of the high denitration efficiency of selective catalytic reduction(SCR),this technique becomes the main method of the coal-fired power station boiler in removing NOx.This paper combines the mechanism of SCR denitration and it is summarized the research status of CuO catalysts SCR removal NOx and the reserch satuation of CuO catalysts at home and abroad.Therefore,t he development trends are suggested to be that the mechanism of catalytic reaction,s urface modification of honeycomb ceramics,the influence of promoter on SCR and economical efficiency of SCR system should be further studied.
