目的:了解多药耐药肺炎克雷伯菌(MDRKP)中5种毒力基因存在情况,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法收集2008年8月-2010年5月杭州市和湖州市6所医院共47株MDRKP ,采用PCR及序列分析方法检测5种毒力基因(arr、magA、rmpA、hofA和ompT)。结果47株MDRKP中检测到 arr和magA 两种毒力基因,检出率分别为29.8%和17.0%;6所医院 A、B、C、D、E、F的MDRKP分离株中毒力基因 arr的检出阳性率分别为26.7%、81.8%、0、14.3%、0、0,6所医院A、B、C、D、E、F的MDRKP分离株中毒力基因 magA的检出阳性率分别为0、0、0、0、0、88.9%。结论 MDRKP中毒力基因 arr和magA 具有一定的携带率,在MDRKP中检出毒力基因 arr和magA 为国内首次报道。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution of 5 kinds of virulence genes in 47 strains of multidrug-resistant K lebsiella pneumoniae (MDRKP) ,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment .METHODS Totally 47 strains of MDRKP from Aug .2008 to May 2010 were collected from 6 hospitals in Hangzhou and Huzhou in Zhejiang Province in China .Then ,5 kinds of virulence genes(arr ,magA ,rmpA ,hofA ,ompT) were analyzed by PCR .RESULTS In 47 strains of MDRKP ,2 kinds of virulence genes (arr ,magA)were detected ,and the detection rates were 29 .8% (14/47)and 17 .0% (8/47) .The detection rates of arr in hospitals A ,B ,C ,D ,E ,F were 26 .7% ,81 .8% ,0 ,14 .3% ,0 ,0 ,respectively .The detection rates of magA in hospitals A ,B ,C ,D ,E , F were 0 ,0 ,0 ,0 ,0 ,88 .9% , respectively .CONCLUSION Virulence genes (arr , magA )were positive in MDRKP .And this is the first report that virulence genes(arr ,magA)were positive in MDRKP .
