分析制造装备开发考虑因素及工艺与性能需求转换过程,为表达用户性能需求、加工工艺需求和制造装备技术特性间依赖与反馈关系,构建制造装备加工工艺与性能需求转换质量屋网络分析法模型。通过模糊决策试验与评价实验室方法综合影响矩阵,代替加权超矩阵,实现依赖与反馈关系的转换,并获得技术特性初始重要度;基于系统化设计思想,考虑产品竞争性、售后服务、成本和环境等因素对技术特性的影响,建立模糊数据包络分析线性规划模型。将技术特性看作一个决策单元,该技术特性的初始重要度和服务看作是输出指标,产品竞争性、成本和环境等因素评估值看作是输入指标,规范化决策单元的效率指标值,优化技术特性最终重要程度。以数控机床产品规划为实例,验证提出方法的可行性和有效性。
An analysis on muilti factors and uncertainty in the manufacturing equipment planning process is provided. Quality house analytic network process(ANP) model is constructed to describe the dependent and feedback relationships among the factors, such as customer performance requirement, customer process requirement and product engineering characteritics. Aiming at a conversion between the relationships, ANP weighted super matrix is replaced by fuzzy decision trial and evaluation laboratory(FDEMATEL) total relation matrix in order to obtain the engineering chanracteriscs intial importance degree. Based on systematic design idea, a fuzzy data envelopment analysis(FDEA) linear model is constructed to take into consideration the influence, which is caused by product competitiveness, service, cost, environment, and so on. In the FDEA model, an engineering characteritics is a decision making units(DMU); its initial importance degree and service effect are output; product competitiveness, cost and environment effect are input; normalized efficiency value is the DMU optimized importance degree. The intergrated model is illustrated on a case study problem in NC machine tools planning. The results are then validated, showing the overall soundness of the approach.
