Balise is an important technical equipment in Chinese train control system. Based on some concrete problems of the existing balise system, this paper analyses the lifecycle characteristics of balise and propose a novel solution for data management and dynamic monitoring of balise by using the theory of product lifecycle management, which could improve the availability and maintainability of existing balise.
