目的 探讨提高血液病患儿电话随访效果的方法.方法 通过自制问卷了解责任护士进行电话随访的影响因素,分析原因后自设电话随访模板,对护士电话回访的过程及内容进行规范和细化.结果 电话随访模板应用前后患者家属对健康知识的掌握程度及对护理服务的满意度比较,差异有统计学意义（均P＜0.01）.结论 采用自设电话随访模板对血液病患儿进行电话随访,有效提高了患儿家属的健康知识和满意度.

英文摘要：

Objective To investigate the method for improving effect of telephone follow-up in children with hematological diseases. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to collect factors affecting effect of telephone follow-up provided by nurses in charge, then a model was designed to standardize process procedures and refine contents of the nurse-led telephone follow-up. Re- suits Health-related knowledge and satisfaction with nursing care of family members were significantly improved after use of the model（P〈0.01 for both）. Conclusion Application of the model in nurse-led telephone follow-up can improve health-related know- ledge and satisfaction of family members of children with hematological diseases.
