目的采用HPLC法同时测定补肺益肾颗粒（淫羊藿、陈皮、赤芍、黄芪、五味子、山茱萸等）中淫羊藿苷、橙皮苷、芍药苷。方法采用二极管阵列检测器,色谱柱为Venusil XBP C18（L）（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水梯度洗脱,体积流量为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为270 nm。结果补肺益肾颗粒中的淫羊藿苷、橙皮苷、芍药苷的平均回收率分别为98.6%,99.6%、98.6%,RSD分别为2.65%、2.12%、2.36%;淫羊藿苷在0.022 4～0.280μg,橙皮苷在0.071 8～0.898μg,芍药苷在0.051 6～0.645μg范围内呈良好的线性关系。结论该方法简便、可靠,可作为该制剂质量控制方法。

英文摘要：

AIM To establish the method for determining icariin,hesperidin and paeoniflorin in Bufei Yishen Granules（Epimedii Folium,Citri reticulatae Pericarpium,Paeoniae Radix rubra,Astragali Radix,Schisandrae chinensis Fructus,Corni Fructus,etc.）.METHODS HPLC-DAD was used to determine icariin,hesperidin and paeoniflorin.The samples were separated on Venusil XBP C18（L）（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid in gradient elution mode.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was set at 270 nm.RESULTS The average recoveries of icariin,hesperidin,paeoniflorin were 98.6%,99.6%,98.6%,and RSDs were 2.65%,2.12%,2.36%,respectively.The icariin,hesperidin and paeoniflorin samples showed a good linear relationship in the ranges of 0.022 4-0.280 μg,0.071 8-0.898 μg,0.051 6-0.645 μg,respectively,in the chosen HPLC conditions.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Bufei Yishen Granules.
