合同管理是国际工程项目管理的核心内容。本文结合我国承包公司走向国际市场的一些实例,有针对性地分析了国际工程承包项目中合同管理的两个重要方面:合同文件管理和索赔管理,并就如何对其有效管理给出了具体建议。

Contract management plays a central role in international engineering project management. By giving certain examples experienced by Chinese contractors in the international market,this paper analyzes two most important aspects of contract management,namely,contract document management and claim management,and gives practical suggestions on how to manage them effectively.
