自主研制的混凝土结构水力劈裂试验系统,由加载系统、水密封装置和试验数据采集模块等部分组成,它较好地解决了试验过程中高压水密封、试验数据实时采集等关键问题。采用该试验系统进行不同应力状态下混凝土结构水力劈裂试验,试验结果表明:试验试件破坏形式及劈裂破坏过程基本一致,不同试验工况其临界劈裂水压及轴压的差值均小于材料抗拉强度,并拟合得出了临界劈裂水压与轴压之间的定量关系。
A test system of hydraulic fracturing for concrete structures which is composed of loading system, water sealing device and test data acquisition module was developed independently. The test system solves some key issues of hydraulic fracturing tests, such as the high pressure water sealing and real-time test data acquisition in the process of the whole test. Here, this system was used to carry out some hydraulic fracturing tests on a concrete structure under different stress states. The experimental results suggest that the failure mode and the fracturing process of the test specimens are essen- tially the same. The difference between critical fracturing water pressure and axial pressure are all less than the tensile strength of the test material under each test condition, based on which the quantitative relation between critical fracturing water pressure and axial pressure is fitted out.
