精准医学是以个体化医疗为基础,运用基因组、蛋白组等组学和大数据分析等技术,实现对疾病个性化、精准化预测、预防、诊断和治疗。中医药精准医疗是在中医药理论的指导下,应用精准医学技术和方法,结合患者四诊信息,实现精准的病证分类、诊断以及治疗。中医药精准医疗注重于个体化、系统化、全过程、全要素以及全局性的疾病预防和临床诊疗。本文提出了中医药精准医疗的概念,简要论述了中医药的精准预防、精准预测、精确诊断以及精准治疗的研究思路和实例,展望了中医药大数据获取及分析挖掘技术和方法研究、平台的构建和共享以及在临床诊疗中的运用的前景,以期为中医药精准医疗的发展提供参考。

英文摘要：

Precision medicine, based on personalized medicine, is to provide personalized and precise prediction, prevention, diagnosis and treatment by genomic, proteomic and other field of omics technologies and big data analysis techniques. According to the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） theory, using technologies and methods of precision medicine, and combining with patients’ ＂four diagnosis＂ information, we can achieve accurate TCM syndrome classification, diagnosis and treatment. Traditional Chinese precision medical treatment（TCPM） focuses on the individual and systematic therapy, the whole process and main elements of diseases, as well as an all-round disease prevention, clinical diagnosis and treatment. In this article, we put forward the concept of TCPM, and briefly discussed the research ideas and examples of precise prevention, prediction, diagnosis and treatment in TCM, and analyzed the prospect of applying big data acquisition, analysis and mining technologies and methods, building and sharing platform to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM, so as to provide a reference for the development of TCMP.
