This paper exhibits a Tibetan coding input scheme of based on Tibetan-Latin transcribing method,advances for the input method regarding Tibetan syllables as input unit, solves the problem that there is no speed input and intelligence input for Tibetan for a long time and realizes the speed input system which, incorporates syllables, sanskrits and vocabulary. Experiments shows that the system＇s newly collocations and intelligent memory make the input speed improves by a large margin.
